Arbor Vine is a Mobile Ministry that provides Ceremony Officiant services in Boise, Idaho, and surrounding areas. Our passion is to provide affordably priced, beautifully written personal ceremonies in English or Spanish. We believe that each event is as unique as the people involved.

Elopement
Traditionally, eloping couples would sneak away to get married in secret, but nowadays, elopements are more like spontaneous, casual, and intimate ceremonies. Often, it’s just the couple, the officiant, and maybe a couple of close friends or family members. These quick ceremonies usually last less than 30 minutes and are a fantastic alternative to a courthouse wedding!
The best part? Because they’re so relaxed, you can often find an officiant who can step in on short notice to help you tie the knot.
If you’re looking for lovely free spots for your impromptu ceremony, we have some great suggestions! You might consider your home, the Idaho Fallen Firefighters Memorial Park, Kathryn Albertson Park, the Boise Train Depot, or even the beautiful Idaho State Capitol Building. Happy planning!

Marriage Ceremony or Anniversary Vow Renewal
Planning your wedding or a special anniversary vow renewal can be such an exciting journey, filled with countless details to think about! At Arbor Vine, our Officiants are here to help make that process enjoyable and memorable. We believe in being hands-on and working closely with you to design the perfect ceremony that reflects your unique love story, whether you’re starting a new chapter together or celebrating the beautiful life you already share.
We love to include your traditions, and you might be surprised by some of the fresh ideas we can bring to the table! Together, we'll customize a ceremony that truly feels like you. Plus, if you'd like, we also offer rehearsal facilitation and are more than happy to travel to your chosen venue.* Let’s create something magical together!
Jail Weddings
(Correctional Facilities)
While a correctional facility might not be an ideal wedding venue, we’re excited to share that we are approved to perform ceremonies at the Ada County Jail, IDOC facilities, and SRCI in Oregon! Just keep in mind that Canyon County Jail has different rules and doesn’t allow in-person visits or outside clergy, so it's a good idea to reach out to them directly for their specific process.
Planning ahead is really important! All ceremonies require facility approval, and the marriage license process can be a bit more complicated because the second party can’t be present to apply in person. We’re here to help every step of the way!

Wedding Rehearsal
We know how important this ceremony is for you and your family. We are experienced, and our sole focus for the day is you and your ceremony. We work with your coordinator, if you have one, or we can help instruct a friend or family member with some day of duties to keep things running smoothly. We know that there might be hiccups, but we have the experience to minimize them.
Travel
We love to travel, weather permitting! The final price for all ceremonies more than 45 minutes from the Officiant's home will factor in travel distance, time, and lodging when necessary*.
*One Night of Officiant Lodging is required for Classic Ceremonies more than 75 miles (approximately 1.5 hours travel one way) outside of Boise when they include Officiant Rehearsal Facilitation. Your Officiant will discuss the options with you.
Minor Fees
Some venue locations may require your officiant to pay out of pocket on the day of your event. These items will be added to your contract in advance.
